Transfer pricing specialist. He also provides day-to-day tax services to companies, mainly in the area of CIT and excise duty. Moreover, he supports the team in projects related to regulatory advisory for clients, including legal acts consultation processes.
EXPERIENCE
He has over 3 years of professional experience, which he gained at Rödl & Partner before joining us.
He was a member of the nationwide R&P Transfer Pricing Team, where he prepared transfer pricing documentation, comparative analyzes and analysis of the valuation of intangible and legal assets, as well as restructuring transactions. He also implemented projects involving, inter alia, on tax reviews, preparation of information on the implemented tax strategy or internal compliance procedures.
EDUCATION
A graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.
PRIVATELY
Author of several publications in Rzeczpospolita. He was involved in the activities of the Scientific Society of Tax Law TBSP UJ, where, inter alia, he coordinated the organization of the 13th National Conference on Tax Law and collaborated with people from the academic and tax practice community.
